Exchange & return

- CHANGE TIME: 24H from the time of purchase and after 13h per day

- Customers receiving the goods via EXPRESS please call CALL within 24H (from the time of receipt) to notify about exchange.

- Only exchanged once

- Product requirements must be unused, laundered, and without any damage to the product.

- Products purchased can be resized or exchanged for other products with a larger price, if lower will not be refunded the excess.

- For products ordered separately, you will not be able to change to other products, Dung Thuy will only support the repair on that product and give a repair fee within 24H

- Return shipping charges will not be supported except the manufacturer's faults

- NO RETURN.

- Accessories and accessories are not supported for exchange.
